Tong & Co. is founded by Mr. Patrick TONG, a practising accountants in Hong Kong approved by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and who has over 18 years of experience in various spectrums in professional, commercial accounting and taxation field. Mr. Tong has extensive experience in trading, manufacturing, service industry and IPO listing.
Mr. Tong is also the member of Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors and holds the Master of Science in Accountancy in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Pang Sui Hung Peter, an Associate of the Institute of Bankers, Member of the Institute of Commercial Management London. Mr. Pang was a seasoned banker with over twenty-five years.  He joined LA Financial Co. Ltd in early 2006 as the Chief Operating Officer who was in charge of trade finance, shipping logistics operations and client relationship management. 
Mr. Pang was graduated in 1974 and joined Citibank Hong Kong branch as an Assistant Manager in its Central Bills Department.  Five years later he joined Barclays Bank PLC Hong Kong branch as the Manager of the Bills & Credit Department. During his 10-year tenure, he was also stationed in U.A.E. Dubai as the Manager of the International Trade Finance Department.  
In 1991, Mr. Pang was appointed by Dresdner Bank A.G. Hong Kong branch as the Head of International Department and was responsible for Trade Finance Business Development in Asia. In 1996 & 97, Mr. Pang was the Branch Manager and the Head of International Department & Deputy Branch Manager of Dresdner Bank A.G, Shenzhen Branch & Shanghai Branch in PRC.  During 1998 and 2000, Mr. Pang returned to Hong Kong Branch and was responsible for Trade Finance Development and Correspondent Banking Relationship in the Asian Pacific Region. In 2001 & 2002, Mr. Pang was the Adviser of The Head of Operations and Head of Trade Finance respectively for China Construction Bank Hong Kong Branch and China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch.
